I didn't have this problem before, but recently when I go above 120kmh or 75mph, the car starts to beep annoyingly without stopping, but when I slow down to 119kmh it goes away, I guess its speed limit, does anyone know how to turn this thing off? Thanks

Hello
The speed limiter has been set.
Have a look in this topic to see the speed limiter button location on the C3

I tried it, it didn't work, I pressed the button multiple times, both long and short presses, it didn't work, I don't know what to do.

The orange light on the button is off when the speed limiter is off.
The orange light is on when a speed has been set (remembered) for the limiter.
If the button can't turn the orange light off, maybe the switch is faulty?

You could replace the switch with another one (ebay), that would be the first step if you can't test a switch.
Other than that, you can use lexia tool to monitor the switch signal to the BSI and diagnose the fault that way.

The speed monitor is set by the driver by pushing the button until you hear a "ding" sound, while the car is traveling at the required alert speed. A small orange light on the edge of the button will come on.
The NEXT and subsequent times you exceed the speed set by the driver, the COMs beeps THREE TIMES AND STOPS!! To cancel the speed alert, press the button once and the small light will go out.
The take away here is that it beeps three times and stops, NOT CONTINUOUSLY! So I dont believe its the "regular" speed monitor. If your car beeps continuously, I am not sure what it is but my guess is (if there is nothing else wrong with your car) that it is an over speed alert. Doing over 120KMH is what PSA would consider unsafe.
