Hello,

I know I seem to have the most broken c3 but I wonder if anyone else has this problem..

First of all, my car is a Citroen c3 desire 1.4 manual petrol and when I am driving my car will beep 3 times and my abs light will show and the speedo with go back to "0" and the power steering will lock up and be tighter but occasionally it will start working again after some time! I was thinking it may be a loose connection.

I don't know what this could be and is there any recommendations?

have you tried resetting the BSI as mentioned here: citroen-c3-tips/how-to-reset-the-bsi-on ... 3-t69.html

this is a real shot in the dark but as your steering locks up it might be good to try everything to eliminate the problem, Good Luck.

Hi Amyandshane

Its an ABS fault. ABS supplies the speedo and the power steering. You need to find if its a wheel sensor by using an OBD code reader like this tool on ebay or something a bit more useful called lexia, found on ebay, here.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
