Post

Hi all, first post on here – haven't been able to join before as the site didn't like my elderly Apple Mac and browser. Now got a newer Mac and it sort of works...
Long time Citroën owner (2CVs, H vans, BXs, Xantias) but this is my first C3.

Anyway, 2004 C3 (1.4 petrol, not that it makes a difference) and after the recent heavy rains here in France I can hear water sloshing about somewhere in corners. Just not sure where...

As far as I can see, the sill drains are clear (have poked them about), as are the doors. I've had the outer scuttle cover off, and had a nose about under the second cover (the one you have to take the wiper arms off to access properly) and there's no debris in there, and no sign of trapped water. But I don't know where the drains from the scuttle exit, so I don't know if they're partially blocked lower down (ie allowing water to back up and slosh about, but then drain away before I've had the chance to investigate.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Kev
