Is this easily fixed?
Seems jammed. Tried wd40. Any suggestions? Thanks

You are probably not going to repair this. You will have to remove the seat from the car, at lease to look and see what is jammed and then you will probably end up fitting a new seat instead of the old one. WD40 isn't going to do much for that.VanessaLuton wrote:Has broken on my c3 2006.

The spring are very powerful and can injure you so I suggest just fitting a replacement seat if you can find the right colour, try have a look in the link to ebay, but they don't come up very often in the right colour.

Seat covers can be changed if it comes to replacement and you can't get the colour.
Funny enough, one of the things you have to remove to change the cover is the height adjustment lever!
