If you have replaced the remote fob battery and now the car turns over but won't start....
You have an IMMO problem. Most likely the small black IMMO chip fell out of the fob case and wasn't replaced correctly.
The IMMO chip should be in the key and communicates with the car when the car is started. If the chip is not present the car won't start.
