hi, thanks for accepting me.
new here, tried searching for this problem and can't find it or much info on google.
i have a citroen c3 xtr 1.4 sensodrive with rear drum brakes. i have had an issue with the rear passenger bearing, and it seems the pin thread is damaged.
i don't know whether it was like this before i took the nut off, but if i have done the damage then so be it.
can i replace that pin/bolt or do i have to get a whole trailing arm? i can't seem to get much info on the pin itself.
thanks for the help. carl.

Have a look in the picture, if its got a number then you can buy the part. If its not got its own number, its part of an assembly.chips2u wrote:i have a citroen c3 xtr 1.4 sensodrive with rear drum brakes. i have had an issue with the rear passenger bearing, and it seems the pin thread is damaged.

so it looks like i will have to get the trailing arm then, as it's the pin/bolt on the end of that dotted line, ok thanks for the info. is there a part no. for that arm?
ok heres an update: i found a breaker on ebay close to me, i messaged him about the trailing arm. good news he had one and sent it for £25 all in.
i received the arm, god it was heavy. it had everything left on it. anyway i was cleaning it up, and noticed the pin i needed was sticking out about 5mm.
so i took off the drum and put an extension bar on the end of the pin and gave it a few taps and hey presto it popped out.
so i did the same to mine although it took alot more effort to get mine out. and then put the new one in.
so yes you can get that pin in and out. all back together now and cruising the roads again.

It's not looking good from the information that I can access:
The rear axle is part numbered as a whole assembly

Have a look at this link to ebay to see complete assemblies from Citroen C3s. Some C3 have rear discs, so watch out for those as the parts are different to your drum brake set-up.
