C3 rear fog lights not working bulbs replaced no dashboard indication either what to check next

Have you changed the BSI module?
COM2000 is the switch assembly and the BSI is the computer that powers the rear fogs.
There is a plug and socket on the BSI that carries power to the fogs (among other things).
You can test the BSI and COM2000 with the lexia/diagbox clone tool.
