HI

Baffled,

cant open rear doors, no passenger doors with remote key fob, replaced battery in key fob,

can open drivers door with key

i notice child lock stays illuminated pressing switch off,

tried the key resetting but still no joy.

any clues please its a 2004 c3 model

Hi hymer46,

Can you lock and unlock the doors from inside the car by pressing the big button on the centre of the dashboard, knowing this will help define if its a central locking issue or a remote lock/unlock issue.

The central locking motors are controlled by the BSI (fuse box in the glove box), and the rear doors have the child lock relay in the circuit too. The post above expands a bit more on this. Its worth checking.

If it turns out to be a remote control issue, its probably com2000 related

HI THANKS FOR REPLY yes large lock button locks all the doors,press again nothing opens,have to wind down drivers window and open from outside,looks like a job for the Citreon dealer,as i cant even remove door panels on the doors that are locked.Thanks roy.

There are two things you could try before the (expensive) trip to the dealers.

Unplug and plug back in again this plug arrowed. It carries most of the central locking power to the doors.
Its a fiddle to unlatch, but well worth trying.
