Hi,
Today my 2011 C3 Picasso’s PAS stopped working for the second time. I did a short journey yesterday it stopped working later that day I went out again and it was fine, I have also been for a 150 mike journey with no problems.
Then again today after a short journey it stopped working again.
Unfortunately I got the AA out and he said it could be overheating and tripping out.
Anybody have any ideas?

I’m hoping it’s not a new rack!

HI Trish87

Have your alternator output tested first. Its a simple check and often free.

Other than that, you should connect up an OBD reader - cheap - click here and this may bring up ABS or ePAS faults that can help diagnose. But if its is an ABS wheel fault or similar, you will need a lexia tool to diagnose the non engine faults.
