Picasso windscreen seal failing

hi first post i have c3 picasso 2012, lower front windscreen seal is rotting splitting in numerous places, anyone else experiening this problem, i know there is a 2010 recall for this problem i have been intouch with citreon and dispite our vin being in the range of the batch on recall citreon will not do anything and keep saying there is no recall for our car

This covers trim detaching from around the windscreen, not the seal failing, so on the face of it, you on't appear to be covered. It may be worth getting in touch with a windscreen filling company to see if they can help.

theres only one trim around the front windscreen and thats the seal that goes right the way around there is other trim on quarter lights
