Update 2 - We collected the car and they didn't even ask for the diagnostic fee. The car's fixed now and was FULLY covered by Citroen. Amazing customer service and an extremely happy customer. :D Bare in mind this did take 3 - 4 weeks to fix/resolve and the part took a good 2 weeks to arrive.
