Picasso - How to activate reverse alert sound & sensors?

Can anyone advise how to activate the reverse "bong" alert and parking sensors on a 2012 C3 Picasso?

My Citroen dealer just fixed a gearbox problem and on arriving home I found these not to be working. The service desk thinks the technician probably forgot to "plug it back in", which they can do while I wait. It's a 70 minute round trip so DIY would be preferable.

Further to this: the reversing lights aren't working either. Guessing this is the reverse light switch and means getting to the gearbox.

I would bite the bullet and get the people who failed to complete the job or put more faults on the car to fix it.

I don't think you will find a magic button to reactivate the reversing sensor if they have messed up the wiring.
