Can anyone tell me the correct spec. bulbs for Picasso front indicators, please?

Ever since I fitted new H6W bulbs, I've had an intermittent rapid flashing (the sort you normally get when a bulb has blown). Initially I was thinking bad earths, because all the bulbs are working during the rapid-flash episodes. I have to be honest, it's only just come back to memory that I had a devil of a job getting the things in their holders, so now I'm starting to think I have the wrong bulbs.

TIA
Stuart.

I've found the answer, but I'm going to post it just in case anyone makes the same schoolboy error.

H6W bulbs look identical to (the correct fitment) H21W until you look very closely at the pin offset. This would explain why mine went in, but were a very tight fit.

I've had to order a pair of H21W because none of my local suppliers have stock.

Hi StuBeeDoo

Thanks for the solution :D

H6W halogen 6 watts don't draw as much current as a H21W halogen 21 watt lamp. So the electronic circuit was confused

I imagine the pin offset is to stop people making that mistake. but there is always a way around a problem when it won't fit.

The correct front indicator lamps are these H21W Amber (Osram 63147ULT)

The rear lamps for a Picasso 2012 are these P21W (Osram 7506-02B)

I fitted new H21W bulbs today. It's all good now. :)
