Picasso 2014 door won't open from outside

Hi, - Citroen C3 Picasso 2014 Exclusive - My back passenger (near side) door has decided not to open from the outside. Occasionally it does, but reverts to not again. I can always open from inside. Would like to get fixed before the next MOT and then failure!
When listening, whilst pressing the locking button on dashboard, it doesn't sound like the solenoid is locking it, Is this a new door lock time? How easy is this...I also have fitted the Citroen blinds pack on rear windows, is this a challenge to get off? Would like to know so I can buy the bits i'll probably break whilst trying to get the door card off
Any helpful suggestions gratefully received....with pictures would be really great

I don't think you will have any problem getting the door car off. I don't think you need to remove the blinds to get the door card off but if you do need to remove the rear blinds, the instructions to do so are here.
