I’m trying to locate the same thing - seems very hard to get to. I’ve removed the lower panel on passenger side but still cant locate it. If you have any look let me know.

Managed to locate it.
Take off bottom panel of passenger side console.
Take out glove box housing
The unit is then hidden behind some white foam - further back behind centre console.
Photos attached.
I’ve ordered a new part - will take more pics if required when fitting new one.

Hi, been having same problem, I have a 2011 c3 picasso, will the resistor be in the same place?

If so, you said you removed the glove box housing, how do you remove please? I can't see anything holding it in place.

Cheers Dave
