Hello, I've just discovered, that I've got issue with locking system on my 2003 C3. I just lock the car, it's locked. But when I try to open back right door, whole car unlocks. Wher ecould be the problem?

Hello

I would imagine that someone who had the car before you have made some modifications to the wiring to make the car usable as a fault probably exists in the BSM. Faults like these can make the car uneconomical to repair and a workaround is made.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)

My guess is that lock mechanism is not actually locking and remaining unlocked. The moment one door is opened all of the doors will unlock.
It could be a wiring problem or a mechanical problem with the lock.
Try locking the car with the central locking fob and listen to the rear door lock. See if it is actuating or not.
Is the door closing properly? Could there be something jamming the door or lock?
