Yes, he has an alarm.
If you look at the picture of dash you can see the "volumetric sensors off" button in the bottom left of the center console. To the left of the CD stacker.
The alarm probably wont arm with the sensor active.

But problem on Cutted off cable!
Cable with self missing not any cable on bonnet switch!
Some previous owner cut off cable!
Citroen's part number for a new switch is 6339 36. I am assuming this car has a manual transmission?
The switch includes about a metre of loom to connect to the electrical connector under the headlight.
Buy a new switch assembly.

The alarm I am asking about is the Citroen alarm. An option fitted in the factory.

Do the test I put above and let me know if the alarm sounds.

Hi. I'm doing that found 12 way blue connector on alarm module and ground the pin no9 but fiasco nothing happened. Still bonnet open. I tried check with ThinkDiag on real time testing and nothing when ground ungrounded pin 9 .
Have any ideas?

My suggestion would be that someone has been there before you and as you say, cut the wire.

The wire cutting didn't fix their problem and isn't the cause of yours.

It would be more likely to be the actual module that the plugs go into.

You can open it up? check for continuity on the socked to the plug? Is there any burned components? Can you get another one, but it will probably need programming.....

Start with the easy stuff then work up to the more difficult/expensive things.
