The plastic protector which stops dirt from hitting front wheel arch is noisy when hitting bumps on road. Any way of securing this better.

If you are talking about the plastic inner arch, its normally held in really well with lots of fixings.

If the wheel is rubbing on the plastic inner wheel arch on bumpy roads, its would be worth checking the road spring is not broken as this could cause a similar problem to the one you describe

martinbingo has something similar

If I have the wrong part you are talking about, can you add a photo (instructions here) of the part that's giving you trouble? :)
