Hello,
I am new here at these forums and want to ask about a couple of things. A few months ago I bought a Citroen C3, the car is nice, perfect condition for a car made in 2003, and I made only small investments such as car audio, rims and other cosmetic upgrades...
But I noticed a while back, that the panel, where the AC and heating controls are is not backlit -> at the beginning it was a faint orange light, but only 1/2 of the panel was backlit and now it doesnt work at all. So if you can help me and provide info, how to fix that or get to the light so i can change it or w/e, i would very much appreciate it. (pic included - HERE )
And my second "problem" are the headrests (all of them). I have some nice seat covers and wanted to use them, but alas, I cant get the headrests off. I tried almost everything, pulled them upwards, wiggled the thing thats supposed to hold them and nothing. Any trick to that?
Much obliged.

Welcome to the forum 1Scotty1
With the radio removed (with these special tools),
remove these 2 screws to remove (with difficulty) the A/C panel, then you can replace the lamps.
There are some lamps, like these ones which are behind the A/C panel, these are probably blown or blackened.1Scotty1 wrote:But I noticed a while back, that the panel, where the AC and heating controls are is not backlit -> at the beginning it was a faint orange light, but only 1/2 of the panel was backlit and now it doesnt work at all. I never did manage to remove the front headrests, I haven't tried to remove the rears. And my second "problem" are the headrests (all of them). Removing the head rests should be simple mine come off no problem, obviously u have found what looks like a button well obviously you push that but if it's stuck try some wd40 and wiggle it around while doing so leaving it for 5 mins a repeat if it hasn't budged, hope that helps
