hello, guys need some help with citreon c3 a51 2011, the unit restarts after a while, I have reset the unit and updated to the latest update also have removed the sd card still it restarts but while keeping all my ustom settjng in memory. i have remived the unit to see if there is any lose wireing but all wires seem to be secured tightly.

I was wondering would resetting the BSI would help?

Hi Essa

I would say your eMyWay is faulty. It shouldn't restart, often or even ever.

You checked the obvious like loose connections and this really only leaves the unit itself.

The ultimate test would be to try the eMyWay (RT6) on a test bench while it is out of the car. This can prove the unit is at fault and not a problem with the C3 itself.
