Having the dreading multiple error thing. LH Bake, FOG, Dipped, Indicator etc faulty.
Every so often the light may work in the morning but recently that has stopped also, Had a look at the wiring harness and the earth cable doesn't appear to be busted but when I move the cable it seems to come back to life.. but a moment ago the indicator completely stopped working. It definatly isn't the bulb as I tried the RH lights in the LH slot (And Visa versa) and the RH didn't work in LH and the LH worked in the RH.. Wondering if its somthing to do with the wiring clamp..
Rather dredding taking this into a garage.
And my num bulbs are not LEDS!

Why not just do the earth upgrade that has helped so may others with similar problems?BillWSS wrote:Having the dreading multiple error thing. LH Break, FOG, Dipped, Indicator ect faulty. The fix: multiple faults displayed is here and may take an hour of your day but could save a trip to an auto electrician.

I have an 07 plate and have just changed the connector for the RH rear lights as it was burned out. Does anyone know which colour wires go into which numbers. The pictures all show different colours to mine. I have green, purple, orange, white, yellow and green/yellow.

The wires are identified by a number printed on the insulation rather than their colour.Lillymoll wrote:I have an 07 plate and have just changed the connector for the RH rear lights as it was burned out. If you cut and join an new plug to the loom, do one at a time so you only have one wire to deal with one at a time.
Green/Yellow is often used as an earth but test with a cheap multimeter (eBay) before doing any wiring changes.

Thanks for this but I need a picture ideally. My son has started the procedure and now gone back to his home so I am desperate to finish off this job. If anyone has a picture or is happy to have a look at their wiring and then get back to me, I would be grateful.

I don't have access to a 2007 model here, sorry.Lillymoll wrote:Thanks for this but I need a picture ideally. I do have wiring diagrams for the 2007 rear clusters. The wires are identified by numbers on the insulation jacket and I don't have one diagram showing all the connections on one page. The plug pin numbers are also shown.
