I've just had the car MOTed, so that rules out, springs and exhaust etc, but it leads me onto the advisory:

"Rear Brakes imbalanced requirements only just met. It would appear that the braking system requires adjustment or repair. on limit - 30% - nearside lazy (1.2.1 (b) (i))"

What's the best way to get this rectified?

Hello

Rear brakes need stripping out and investigating.

You will probably need new shoes, but if the drum is hiding a nasty gooey mess, then new rear wheel cylinders are required too.

Thank you, I've tried looking on ECP, but cant work out if I have a Lucas or a Bosch system?

It's a 2007 1.1 variant. Any ideas?
Cheers

Probably best to do it by VIN if the REG doesn't pin it down enough.

PM me the VIN and I will see what comes up.
