lost my power steering and speedo

hey guys i need some help ive got a 2006 citroen c3 hdi 1.4 8v. i got cought in a really bad storm water must have got in some where because i lost my power steering and speedo stopped working and then the petrol gauge kept flashing :?
Anyone got any ideas

ok never mind :mrgreen: found the issue ecu plug got a bit wet and blew a fuse everything sorted now :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Was the cover to the battery incorrectly fitted? allowing water to get to the ECU connections?

There should be one fitted, it covers the battery, engine ECU and the Power Steering ECU.

ok so this problem has popped up again think the diesel pre heater is toast so i will keep you guys in the loop

Just a update turns out the relay had a short in it that kept blowing the fuse

You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)
