Hi

I took my Citroen for a short drive having not used it much then a warning came on to say the airbag was faulty, then all the warning lights came on, then no speedometer, the lights were flickering, I could not open boot and the window wipers were on constantly even thought they were turned off. I took it to my garage and they tried to charge it but the battery was flat so they have replaced it. Unfortunately this has not sorted the problem out all of the issues are still happening. Does anyone have any ideas around next steps? I have not had a car for a week and I the garage are not sure what to do next. Any advice would be great.

With a new battery, fitted correctly the faults will usually clear themselves after a few restarts (warning lights), some straight away (wiper, boot etc).

Have the alternator output checked.

Quite possibly an earth fault on the main power from the battery/alternator circuit.
