I bought recently a nice Pluriel and of course it has some oddities to learn and handle.
My car is LHD. When opening the left (drivers) door the interior light doesn’t light up. That also mean that I do not get the warning beep when leaving the car with the lights on. I guess the problem lies is in the doors locking mechanism. Can somebody confirm my theory and help with advise? The light lights up when opening the passenger (right) door.
It is also difficult to open the rear window to the trunk, it is normally only possible when the right hand door is open… Are those two problems connected?

The door solenoid pack sends a signal to the BSI that then decides whether or not to illuminate the interior light.
You could have a fault with the door solenoid pack, the cabling between it or the BSI. This system is common between the Pluriel, Picasso and C3.
The door solenoid packs do go faulty with buzzing and general mechanical failures.
Considering the easiest thing to try is a replacement solenoid pack that may be the best thing to try first. If it's not the door solenoid pack then you need to get a bit deeper into lexia (info) to diagnose it. Lexia can see what the BSI sees and this can help with finding the fault.
Your problem with the difficulty to open the rear window is Pluriel specific and sounds very much like a different fault and needs its own topic
