Yes, you need all the parts and then lexia can activate the parking sensors in the BSI and it should then just work.
Lexia is the same as the dealer tool, so you can do what the dealer can do.

If you plan to install the parking sensors the same as the factory set up you will need to see if the module connector is wired to the point under the R/H front seat. If you do not have the connector it will be difficult to install as per the factory setup.
Having said that there are only five wires that connect to the rest of the car wiring. Two going to a connector for the center dash button and three to a connector at the BSI.
There are two other after market kits that Citroen produce that just hook into the reversing light circuit and do not require a LEXIA to install.
Sorry but this makes no sense.

If comfort indicators and button down to close window were an option for your specification at the factory you can activate it in lexia.
But if your spec level did not have these options you are probably missing software or additional modules.
Only high end had all the bells and whistles while lower spec had bits missing but also less specified BSI modules.
The cost of adding features you don't have is often uneconomical because selling the car you don't want and buying the car you do want is often cheaper and easier to get the level of spec you want.

FryML, how do you intend to get the required components for the parking sensors?
If you are going to get them from Citroen that would be prohibitively expensive. That's assuming the connector is there (which I doubt). By the way the module sits behind the drivers seat. Sort of where the rear passengers foot might go if their feet went under the drivers seat. You will need to tear up more of the carpet.
If you are getting them from a wrecked car you will have a much better idea of what you are dealing with before you pull your car apart. Also, it will have all the little stuff, like clips and brackets.
