Hi everyone. I have 2003 Citroen C3 1.4i hatchback and i bought new number plate lights, but i'am not able to get the old ones out because there no space for me to put the hand behind them to pop them out, because there is this big plastic cover on the boot lid that i can't remove. Anybody can give me some tips? Thank you for every comment

If you just want to replace the lamps, this is much easier and there are some instructions in this topic - Replacing lamps in rear number plate lights (here).

If the lenses are broken or you want some LED upgraded ones, then you need to remove and replace the complete unit.
LED number plate upgrade units (here)
You can lever the complete unit out of the tailgate from the numberplate side. They are only held in by plastic clips and you just need to give them a lever to pop them out. When they are released you can then disconnect the plug that is attached to them.
