Hello allanmc

Have a look at the back of your headlight and check that there is a cover and that it's correctly fitted. Water has to be getting in somewhere for condensation to form, the cover is the most obvious place to start with.

No doubt one of the other members will be along with a photo shortly ;)

If the cover is missing or not fitted properly you've found where the water is getting in and can sort this out to stop it happening. Before you do though you'll need to dry out any water already inside. Depending on the weather you may be able to take off the cover and with the car in a warmish sheltered place, a nice warm garage is ideal, it will dry naturally. Hair dryers can be used from the front or back to warm things up but be very gentle, the headlight is all plastic.

If things are worse and you have a crack in the headlight it may be easier to look at a replacement, ebay has a good selection of used parts and also new pattern (not OEM) parts.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried

You have headlight height adjusters then, the control on the right is for electric door mirrors :D
