please can anyone help me the fob key has stopped working and went to use the key manually and that does not work and the car is locked has anyone any ideas how I can get into the car to reprogram the fob without breaking a window, thank you in advanced

A few things you can try:-
1) A new, fresh battery in the keyfob. You could also check that the contacts aren't corroded.
2) Is the car battery flat? This might be more difficult to tell and may have to wait until you have access.
3) Try lubricating the door lock. Penetrating oil usually does the trick. Give the lubricant time to work and then give the key a good wiggle and make sure it's fully home in the lock barrel. It's possible that the ignition lock has been changed but I'd say quite likely that the lock is seized due to lack of use.
4) Do you have a spare key/fob?

And another question, what happens when you press the lock button on the fob?
