Hi all,

My heater fan only comes on if it is set to speed setting 4.

Any idea how to get the other speeds working?

Thanks :)

Hello R9anSmart

Most likely this is cause by a failed resistor pack. This is locate on the side of the centre console down near the pedals on the drivers side.

I've also seen cases were the switch on the fan control has failed.

If you're handy with a multimeter the resistor pack can be checked and that's the easiest thing to get to.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried

Your second picture shows the hole that it fits in by the looks of it. Note that it's held in with only one screw.

Your lead also keeps making an appearance in your pictures and this is not connected to anything. The colours match with one of the other pictures posted previously.

But why was it removed and not replaced or a new one fitted? Only one way to find out?
