Hello,
2003 Citroen c3 1.1.
My heat doesn't work, but the air conditioning and fan do work. This car is new to me so I am not sure what is to be expected from the control panel. The fan dial clicks, but the heat or cold selector to its right simply spins around with no resistance. The selector for feet, defrost etc to the left of the fan dial also spins with no resistance. Is this mechanical or electrical?
Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Shalom, you should feel a resistance to the heater controls, its a mechanical thing.

You need to remove the radio to get access to the heater control fixing screws. Then you can take it out to look.

Use these things from Amazon (here) to remove the radio. The lower parts often just pull out if they are not the multichanger.
