I have a 2010 C3. Both dipped beam headlights have gone off. The bulbs are fine. I'm not getting a 12v supply at the bulb connection. I would like to check the relay, does anyone know where this is or what the fault could be?

The 'relays' are not what you may be expecting. The BSM black box carries the fuses and front lamp control devices. You can change fuses but not relays.

Check fuses and check lamps again with some known good working ones.

If you fault it down to a relay, you wi be changing the whole BSM module, not individual relays.
