Hi ajoelina, welcome to the forum.
why my c3 head light are always on?
Could it be that you have the automatic lights option and the sensor is dirty or faulty?

You could try switching off the automatic headlights, if you have them by pressing and holding the button on the end of the stalk until you hear the gong.
