Hi All,

New here and possibly being dumb , I have central locking issues ie can open drivers door and tailgate all others locked . I have read through a lot of the info on the site re this issue. However this is the dumb bit I can not for the life of me see how the glove box fuses drops down I can see ONE white lock (bottom right as you look in) which I rotate but the panel does not drop down HELP please

Hi John.

Have a quick look to see if there is not another white clip on the opposite side and rotate that too if there is.

The fuse box won't drop down by itself, it needs a push down.

had a quick look only one lock and applied pressure but no joy will have a go tomorrow when I have more time

Twist and pull?

Try pulling the lever towards you after rotating.
You can add an avatar to your account - Avatar or change your vehicle details - Car Bio or even add a signature to your posts - Signature. But this is not all you can do in the User Control Panel :)

Ours also only has one white clip, its a while since I worked on the BSI but from memory I think you have to pull or push it to disengage and then it drops at the front.
If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried :lol:

Thanks everybody for the information , I still haven't had a chance to look at this (luckily the drivers door and boot/tailgate still working ok) will let you know when sorted

Well got in to it today and pulled the BSI plug cleaned and refitted no change still divers door by key and tailgate by fob but rest locked :cry: . Think I will need to go for the manual unlock (pulse the wires ) for now and maybe go for a fix later when pressure off
