Hello, I've got a question and any help would be massively appreciated I've got a 2011 citeron c3 1.4 diesel and my front wipers just stopped working and also my front jet wash I have checked fuses etc and there fine, I then got back in my car some hours later and they were both working again.. Very odd, than after stopping and starting my car again neither worked again very odd, driving my car through town playing to see if they would work suddenly jet washers worked again but still no wipers.. Has anyone got any idea what the problem is? Is it an easy fix or will I need to go to the garage? I'd also like to point out the rear wiper and washer are absolutely fine and it's all on the same stick.

Hi cufccraig, intermittent faults can take quite a bit of time to track down, and I would describe it as 'easy'.

You checked the fuses, which I would say was 'easy', but the fault comes and goes, so its not a blown fuse.

Does a low level washer fluid affect the wiper operation on a 2011?

The stalks (COM2000) is know to give intermittent service and show faults like this. You need to use a late version of Lexia clone tool to diagnose those COM2000 faults.
