Hi Alex090977
This is easy enough to check. If you have a test meter, you can measure the voltage at the wiper motor terminals.
There will be two 12 volt wires which are live for normal and fast speeds respectively.
There will also be an earth or chassis wire, check this is sound.
The fourth wire is the earth return to the BSI, measure your voltages from this wire. If it isn't working, the motor won't run.
Out of interest, is it both wiper speeds that don't work.
If you don't have a meter, a simple 12 volt bulb and two pieces of wire can be used instead.

If at first you don't succeed, destroy all the evidence and pretend you never tried
