Yes, the pluriel and C3 parts are quite interchangeable, along with the Pug 1007. But, why not just buy one that is marked as correct for your car.

Do the struts and springs in pairs and watch out for the springs because the do differ between various models.

Have a look at this link to ECP and you can get a good price on shock absorbers and springs.
