Hi all
On my 67 plate C3, I put the front screen clear on and then when it's clear, I turn it off. However it doesn't go back off, but switches to 'Fast Auto' Does anyone know if there's a reason for this or a fix for it? It's not ideal not to have a one switch off and have to manually keep tapping it to turn it right down down off. Attched photos show what it does.
Thanks in advance.

A 'Stones fan eh?
Sorry but I'm not familiar with the late model C3's.
Is the car interior hot? On other 'auto air conditioning' models the aircon will switch on automatically if the interior is hot. There is a sensor to detect if the interior is hot, that may be faulty and it "thinks" the interior is hot. However, typically, once you override the controls it doesn't come back on.
If not, this looks like a firmware issue.
I would recommend a trip to a Peugeot or Citroen dealer.

Doesn't work like this on UK spec models. You must switch on aircon via the touch screen. It is like this on our current 2019 C3, and on our earlier version 2016 C3 Platinum.

Thanks both, I'll drop in to the main dealer and see what they say about it. It's no biggie, just irritating!
