good evening everyone,
my car (reg:YT03 VTW, citroen c3 exclusive 1.4 HDI 16v 90 PS (DIESEL)
was got a problem 3 weeks ago,
the front driver side brake sticking and hot,
I have just replaced a new calliper in front driver side.
it is getting better now, but the problem seems still there.
while I drive it for while (the car and wheel hub warmed up),
, when I turn the car to left or right,
a squeezing(brake pads to disk without tap brake pad) sound
occurs from driver side (I cannot tell exactly from or rear).
I've bought a new speed sensor and going to replace the front right abs sensor,
if it does work, then next step I am going to change the bearing,
if still does not work, I am thinking about to change the ABS module.
does anyone here have the similar experience or any sugestions ?
front driver side brake sticking

Welcome to the forum jinson
If it was, then it could be just the pad carrier not returning because the bit it slides on is dirty.
Changing the just the caliper won't fix it, as it more the mounting for the pad carrier that causes it. Just needs a good clean.
You will quickly find that just throwing money at the C3 just costs more and more. The most efficient way to diagnose this car is to inspect and test.
Did this start happening after changing the brake pads on that wheel?was got a problem 3 weeks ago,

Why? I don't see how these could cause any heating or brake binding?I've bought a new speed sensor and going to replace the front right abs sensor,
I have to ask 'why' again, I don't see any reason for that with only the symptoms you describe.if still does not work, I am thinking about to change the ABS module.
Only if its worn, not just for fun. This can give you more problems than you started with if you choose a replacement bearing from the budget end of the spectrum.then next step I am going to change the bearing,

many thanks for for guru's questions.
the sticking problem was there for a long time, not after I change the calliper.
i notice when the engine is not on, (I jacked the front), the wheel can turn freely, thought drive side still a bit heavier than passenger side.
the sound won't come when I start the car in the morning, but after driving a few miles, when turning I get the sound, from the driver side, as I did not break it, so I doubt it is the ABS system causes the problem, either the speed signal of the wheels it wrong or the ABS module is wrong.
But I am not very sure the caliper carrier, I did take out the bolt and clean it and re-grease it.
the upper bolt seems more bounce-able than the lower one, is there any spring inside the caliper carrier where the guide bolt was in ?

No spring in there.is there any spring inside the caliper carrier where the guide bolt was in ?
This topic also concerns the front brake caliper and mentions that a seized 'a SEIZED pin and nut at the bottom of the caliper' caused a problem where the brakes would bind.
You have cleaned this part? greased? It needs to move freely so the pads can move away from the disc when the brake pedal is released.
