Hello everyone, I just bought a brand new C3 but now after a month or so the folding mirrors just stopped folding when locking the car with the key fob. I've been through all the settings on the center display but couldn't find anything about it.
Is there any of you that might know why it's not working or how to turn them back on.
Thanks in advance

Hi and welcome.
Sorry but i don't know too much about the new C3 but perhaps someone who does will come along.
If you haven't changed any settings I could only assume something has gone wrong. Blown a fuse...or worse. Consult your owners manual as to the location of the fuse and check that (if you haven't already).
Failing that, being under warranty, contact the dealer. If it's something simple (and known) they may be able to help you over the phone.

Do they fold using the driver's door control?

Do this by pressing the mirror control button 'down' (towards the floor) with the ignition on and the control pointing at 12 o'clock.

I cant help the OP but mine does this too although one goes in and the other side doesn't!
The side that doesnt does jerk a little but won't retract.

Hi
This sounds mechanical. Replacing the whole wing mirror assembly on the faulty side should fix that.
I would image the wing mirror has been knocked at some time in the past and damaged the mechanical gearing that drives the mirror folded or unfolded.
