Hello. I have that same problem. My model has a fan relay unlike the one in the photo. last month, my car was giving a temperature warning as soon as it started. When I removed the fan relay, I saw that it was completely covered with rust and I replaced it with a new one. then the fan relay changed and this problem started to appear. When I remove the fan relay, the fan does not turn, but it still drains the vehicle's battery. 3 months ago, the fuse box inside the engine was also changed. I just bought the fan relay and it is original. When I get out of the vehicle, I disconnect the battery cable. but this way the battery does not run out. but this situation started to tire me a lot. I took it to the mechanic and he offered to install a toggle switch. but this is not a real solution. or he suggested replacing the fan system but that's too expensive a solution in my country. I added a video on the subject. I hope we can find where the problem originates.

Yes, it's the same arrangement.
If you have replaced the relay then the problem is going to be the fan speed controller in the fan motor.

Firstly, thank you. I live in an Anatolian town where the car repair industry is not very developed. I just called and said fan speed control unit. "You bring the car, we'll look and try to figure out what happened," he said. so I don't think you know what fan speed controller means. And because the car has so much electronics, they fix one part and break another part. So, could you please send the OEM code or photo of the relevant part?
thanks in advance

Arfur might be able to give you the part number but it will be the entire fan, relay and shroud assembly!

The speed controller is physically part of the fan motor.

There is a topic here Citroen C3 Radiator fan always running - how to repair that shows the fan speed controller parts.

I think you need to get the complete fan unit that includes the controller if you can't repair yours.

Guys, this gave me hope. The part is not very expensive. and I can find a good electronics specialist. At least I do this first. then if the problem is not fixed i replace the whole fan control unit. You have helped me in many ways so far. Thank you again and again.
