Hi all,
Ive been trying to enter the factory menu of my car, there are some issues i would like to change and maybe they have settings in the computer somewhere.
I have a NEW C3 (2018 model) however the touch display is different from other posts, => tips-for-any-citroen-c3-f8/enter-engine ... t2451.html
So here is what ive found:
- Pressing the PHONE icon, for 15 sec, the display/system reboots
- Pressing MUSIC + APPS icons for 15 sec (at the same time) brings up the factory menu
(see pic below) := >
Does anyone have the access code?
- 7503900 does not work
- code not listed in the manual
Greetz
Factory Code - 7503900 does not work

That code for other models is printed on the body of the radio, maybe you need to remove your own C3 unit to look for a similar sticker that carries the secret code?

Thx thats usefull, but how do i get the radio out then?
You can get the radio out my removing the snap-op covers on the side of the touchscreen, they hide 4x torx screw, undo them and pull out the display with both hands.
but not too far, the cables are kinda short!
Still did not find the code, ill dig further

Back again, ive pulled out the screen and the radio module and tried inputting every single code there is to find on the labels , no luck!
However ive found that a C3 (2018) is using a "ZFW-NACEUR2", i can find EVERYTHING about this box, inside and out!
Check FCC => https://fccid.io/ZFW-NACEUR2
Except the factory code .....
If you want i can post any image of this system.
anyone has some ideas? thx
(Offering €50 to whoever gets me the working code!)

If you get a chance, please add pictures, instructions for adding pictures are here
They may help inspire others to dig deeper

Pictures of the 4 torx with the covers removed would be helpful too. That may help others to get involved if they can see how to remove the unit.
That is a big step forward, thank you for sharing

Not sure if this is the best place for this information, but inspired by the above FFC code for the Continental sat nav, I found the corresponding ID for the non-nav Bosch "RCC": https://fccid.io/YBN-PSARCCA200
Rather nerdy maybe
but there's a user manual, photos inside and outside and explanation of the various label codes.
RCC A2 has 2 antennas for BT, plus a WIFI antenna (ALPS UGKZ2-H01A module; should support BT 4.0).
There's also a previous? RCC A1 version.
The A1's photo of the back has labels identifying the LVDS (video) and USB connectors
