Hi All,
This happened as part of a radio change gone really wrong. I stupidly forgot to unclip the battery when doing so which is what I think has caused almost everything to Trip.
Since trying to change it last night it has brought up the engine maintenance light, won't start and won't lock or open through central locking. The related fuses appear ok and tried a few of the reset options with no fortune. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Hi, I would check all the fuses - relevant or not.robrao91 wrote:Hi All,

Then connect up a cheap OBD reader - from ebay (here) to see why the engine light is on.
I don't think this is a gearbox problem but more of a general electrical problem, what makes you think this is gear box related?

I suppose it's more of an electrical fault. I will check All fuses when I get back. I've found anothe one listed that I've not checked (not mentioned in manual) hopefully it's the one I'm after!

Hi All,
Just an update, it was fuse F4. Replaced it with a new one and it was as though nothing had happened.
