It could be jammed on the speaker? Its about that low down.matthewmatthew wrote:Hi, the driver's electric window on my C3 works fine but it won't open fully. When I put the window down as far as it will go there is still 2" or 5cm glass. Why won't it go down fully? The passenger window goes all the way down. Thanks for your help
You can take the door card off and have a look inside.
This topic can help with the door card removal (here).

Its not a common problem that I am aware of. No other topics on this, so its probably going to be unique to you.matthewmatthew wrote:Yes I know it could be anything causing the problem and taking the door card off is a good idea so as to have a look. I just wondered if anyone had any experience of this problem with their own car? I would then know what to look out for. Thanks
With the door card off and even a mirror on a stick you can operate the window motor and you may even see what is causing it.
These mirrors on a stick (Amazon) are a help to see things that difficult to access
It even has LED lights, an improvement over just taping a mirror to a stick

You will probably end up having to replace the Window regulator (with motor attached) - complete (available here).Arfur Dent wrote: ↑Fri Jul 01, 2016 11:28 am I just wondered if anyone had any experience of this problem with their own car? I would then know what to look out for. Thanks
Citroen C3 electric window repair by replacing the Regulator and Motor unit (here).
