Been working on the C3 this weekend and a few times I've seen "eco mode" displayed on the dash
Car starts no problem and the dash goes back to the time and date
Is this something I should be concerned about?
I've read a few posts about battery drain and aftermarket radios and got a bit concerned as one of the things I've done is fit a dvd/radio! But when fitting I couldn't figure out the ignition on/off so I ran a new battery and ignition feed from the ignition switch so the factory power lead for the radio is currently disconnected

ECO MODE or sometimes ECONOMY MODE is your friend.

The mode is enabled by a timer and after the timer runs down, you should either start the engine, switch the ignition key to 'off' or you will loose power to various electrical circuits - this preserves battery power to keep enough to start the engine.
