The black one goes into the airbag.
If you get it wrong the airbag warning light will come on. If the light DOESN'T come on, then you got it right.
Ensure the yellow clip is pulled out to insert the connector, then push the yellow clip in to lock the connector.

The green one? It's not used on the C3.
The inside of rear steering wheel cover should have a holding clip for it, just to keep it from flopping around.
