dash/interior is constantly illuminated orange is this normal

Hi guys/gals so I'm totally new to Citroen .....and just got an 2006 c3 1.6hdi exclusive got a few issues

The dash/interior is constantly illuminated orange is this normal ?

I have a button on my speedometer with +/- on it and doesn't seem to do anything at all

Any ideas ?

This is the 2002-2006 C3 (first generation/original shape) dashboard in a normal state.

Thanks for the reply mine looks different to that and is constantly lit even with headlights off

That's OK


You have a facelift which means the car info is incorrect that you entered when you joined.

The dash picture looks ok to me, this is normal when the key is turned in the ignition.

When you remove the key from the ignition the dashboard lighting will go back to grey.

this topic gives you all the info you need, the one on the left is to brighten or dim the display

the one on the right clears the trip mileage

Ah right ok I'm just used to having the dash only illuminate when the lights are switched on
