Hi,
Just acquired a 09 C3 (I) in auto, having had driven them back in 2004 and 2005 as company car in Australia. This is French built, delivered in Lebanon (where I will be residing for a while).

I am looking at installing cruise control, ESP (yes it lacks the module) and electric folding mirrors.

I tried looking at the parts through the service box (without the vin) and I couldn't locate the part numbers for the:
- steering column cover which has the space/cap for the cruise control stalk
- cruise control stalk
- mirror control with O position for folding.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

steering column cover which has the space/cap for the cruise control stalk - look for:
STEERING COLUMN JACKET 4131.XX where XX is a sub code depending on the actual configuration of colours and cut-outs.

cruise control stalk look for:
SWITCHING BLOCK REMOTE CONTROL 6242.XX
(The COM2000 will also need to be changed for ESP)

mirror control
I don't know what Citroen call this in service box, but you can find the part with the O position here on ebay

Thanks!
I managed to order the column jacket (4131.S3), ETA end of this month.

Are you sure about needing a new com2000 for the ESP, I thought adding the sensor/module and activating the option through diagnostics will be enough?

Postponed upgrading the mirrors till later (they cost about $150 each!). I'll try through local dismantlers.

More interested in making the right hand side mirror switch an Auto, but kind of stuck as their plug differ (I had thought just get another left one). Any idea about that?

Also planning on upgrading from RD4 to RD45 and type C display - along with a new gear shift console that has a USB input (7561.ZQ). Would you know whether the RD45 comes with a built in microphone or there's a special kit? And as for the screen colour, is there difference between the orange and yellow ones - which is better?

Speaking of gears, the gearshift knob 2403.EF is too cheap (silver faded), thinking of the old C5 2403.X4 or even the older 2403.Y3 - am I right in assuming they're interchangeable?

Lastly, is there any hope of swapping the AL4 transmission with an AM6 (or even AT6) with minimal work?

Thanks again.

For retrofitting ESP, it turns out I will need:
- ABS/ESP unit Continental Teves 60 instead of the installed 70.
- ESP button on dashboard.
- sensor unit under handbrake handle.

The first part costs a whopping 1.2k EUR!

That is a new part. You may be able to source on from a vehicle dismantler,
