Hi,

I have a C3 VTR+ (2010) and the radio went into silent mode, the audio buttons on the stalk have stopped working and the cruise control stalk has stopped working. The light and windscreen stalk still work at the moment, could this be something as simple as a fuse issue or might i be facing something more sinister?

Many thanks in advance for any assistance :)

Hi LaydiS, this doesn't sound like a fuse or anything simple like that :(

The cruise control and audio will be on different systems so they won't be connected by the same fuse.

The way to diagnose this yourself would be to use lexia (info here) or take it to the local >> dealer that will have similar equipment to diagnose the faults :(

A cheap thing to try. Try moving the steering column in and out, then up and down a few times. This may help. Then try cleaning the switches with switch cleaner, not WD40 though.
