My clutch is slipping. Some days are better then others. I am able to select gears without any problems.
Does my entire clutch need replacing or is it something like the master cylinder?

If your clutch is slipping then you need a whole new clutch (possibly only the plate) but it is never worth only doing one part of the clutch.
Being able to select gears shows the master and slave cylinders are working properly.
